Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At Duetto, every product is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and thoroughly checked before it reaches you. Due to the artisanal nature of our items—and for hygiene and safety reasons—we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

**Cancellation Policy**  
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at duettodesigns@gmail.com to request a cancellation.


Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing duettodesigns@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will promptly review your request. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed or returned.

  • This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
